Password Change Alert

Overview

As part of our ongoing commitment to user security, Stoiximan is introducing a new feature designed to keep you informed about key account activities.


What It Is

Whenever your account password is updated, you’ll receive an alert notifying you that this change has taken place.
This applies whether the password change was made by you — for example, after a reset or a routine update — or by someone else who may have gained unauthorized access to your account.


Purpose

The alert ensures that you’re immediately informed of any password change on your account.
If you didn’t initiate the change, you can act right away to secure your account and prevent potential misuse.
No action is needed if the password change was made by you.


Why It Matters

Early detection is key to protecting your account.
Instant notifications give you the chance to spot suspicious activity before it escalates, helping reduce the risk of unauthorized access.


How You’ll Be Notified

  • You’ll receive an email alert from Stoiximan confirming that your password has been changed.

  • The email will include details about the change.

  • If you did not make the change yourself, you’ll be advised to reset your password immediately.
