💼 Transactional means Verification

To access all Stoiximan services, you will need to complete the verification of your account, as described in the Stoiximan Account Verification
Additionally, in order to make a withdrawal, you will need to visit My Account > Profile > Verification Process, select Other Documents and verify the withdrawal method as described below.

Note: The payment method must be registered under the same personal details as the Stoiximan account holder and not under third-party details. If you wish to cover any non-required card details, this must be done using physical means (e.g., a piece of paper) and not via digital editing.


💳 Credit Card

1. You will need to send the side of your card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, full name, and expiry date
2. If these details are not visible on one side, you may send 2 screenshots. 
3. For virtual cards, you may alternatively send a bank statement displaying the required details.

🏦 Bank Account

1. Send a photo or scanned document (not a photocopy) showing the IBAN and account holders
2. Alternatively, you may send a screenshot from your e-banking showing the same details. 
Example:


🍎 Apple Pay

1. To complete the verification, you must send the physical card connected to your Apple Pay account, showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, full name, and expiry date
2. If these details are on different sides, send 2 photos/screenshots. 
3. For virtual cards, a bank statement showing the required details is accepted.

💼 Neteller

1. Send a screenshot from your Neteller “Settings” page showing: address, mobile phone number, and email address
2. You may capture it via any screenshot tool or from a desktop browser for full visibility.

📱 Okto Wallet

1. Send a screenshot from the “Profile” section of the Okto Wallet app. 
2. The screenshot must show: Email, mobile number, address, customer code, nationality, country of residence

🪪 Aircash

You will need to send a screenshot showing your personal details from your Aircash account, by navigating to:
“My Profile > Personal Details”.

💳 Paysafe

1. Send a screenshot from the “Settings” menu showing: full name, date of birth, email, customer ID, address, mobile number
2. The URL must be visible (desktop recommended).

📧 Skrill

Send a screenshot showing: full name, email, address, phone number and the page URL. 

• From desktop or mobile browser: Account Logo > Settings > Personal Details 
• From Skrill app: Account Logo > Personal Details

📌 General Notes
• If the page URL must be visible, desktop usage is recommended or use your mobile browser in “View as webpage” or long screenshot
• If two screenshots are required, you may upload them together or separately.
