Deposit method via Bank Transfer, you can now deposit and withdraw without any issues through the same payment method.
To deposit funds via Bank Transfer, go to My Account > Transactions > Deposit.
Then please select the Bank Transfer option.
Select Bank Transfer ->Deposit, enter your IBAN and your Stoiximan username, in one of the optional fields labeled: details/comments/reason.
Important:
- you are only allowed to deposit with a personal bank account in your name (legal entity/corporate company bank accounts are not eligible)
- the processing time needed to receive the money in your Stoiximan account, is up to one business day
***If you deposit on Friday, you will most likely receive the money in your Stoiximan account on Monday, as Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. The same goes for public holidays.
***Any winnings from the amount deposited by bank transfer can only be withdrawn by the same method (bank transfer), to an account issued in your name and opened in the national currency EURO
