To use Stoiximan’s services, you must first create an account. Due to the nature of our services and Greek legal requirements, you must be at least 21 years old, and your account must contain your real personal information.
Once you complete your registration, you will need to finish the verification process in order to fully activate your account.
📝 Account Registration
To register, you need: an active email, your mobile phone, and a valid ID (old/new ID card, passport, or another official document).
Follow the steps below:
1. Go to Stoiximan.com.cy
Click the “Register” button at the top-right corner of the homepage.
2. Choose your registration method
You may sign up using Facebook, Google, Yahoo, or LinkedIn. Some fields will auto-fill — but double-check everything.
Note: Your name must be written in Latin characters, exactly as shown on your ID.
3. Confirm your personal info
Make sure your email is correct — you will receive a verification code. Then click “Next”.
4. Enter your mobile number and address
Double-check your entries. A verification SMS will be sent to your phone.
5. Choose username and password
Your password must contain at least:
- 8 characters
- 1 letter
- 1 number
- 1 special character (!@#$%^& etc.)
Click “Next”.
6. Select nationality & ID type
Enter your ID document number and tick the confirmation boxes.
7. Enter the SMS code
If the SMS doesn’t arrive, choose “Try another way” for Viber or phone call.
You can also choose an alternative method of receiving the OTP Code
8. Email verification
Enter the code sent to your email and click “Activate”.
Your account is now active! You may also set deposit, loss, or time limits on the next screen.
Note: You may browse Stoiximan and the “My Account” menu for 30 days without verification, but you cannot withdraw until verification is completed.
🪪 Verification Process
By law, all members must be verified to confirm they are at least 18 years old. Verify your account by following the steps below.
🔹 Verification by uploading documents
You can verify your account in just 3 steps:
Step 1: Log in → My Account → Profile → Verification Process
Step 2: Click “Upload Documents” and upload:
- Both sides of your ID card or the passport page with your details
- One proof of address (recent, within 6 months)
Accepted proof of address documents:
• Utility bills, landline, internet bills, cable etc. with billing date visible (no payment slip).
(In these cases, you will need to submit the first two pages of the bill. Please note that utility bills for mobile services will not be accepted.)
• Utility bill issued by the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC)
• Utility bill issued by Water Supply and Sewerage Boards
• Utility bill issued by Local Government Authorities (Waste tax, property tax, tax bill)
• Documents of income tax or municipal taxes (issued within previous year), where the financial data is covered
• Certificates from Municipality or Community
Step 3: Wait a little! Verification is reviewed daily. You can check your status at any time under My Account → Profile → Verification Process
Important notes:
- Documents must be clear and fully visible (no zoomed corners)
- No digital editing allowed — cover details with paper if needed
- If rejected, you will receive instructions for re-uploading
