Possible delays in transactions

Depending on the deposit-withdrawal method, the transaction can be instant or take up to 24 hours (Bank Transfer) on average. 

In case of transactions from a foreign bank or in case of holidays or technical issues from your provider, delays of up to 5 working days may occur

Please note that in case of network or technical delays on the part of the provider, processing times may differ beyond the expected time. If this occurs, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

 

To avoid any delays or errors in processing your deposit, please make sure that:

  • You have successfully completed each stage of your deposit-withdrawal in My Account > Transactions > Deposit/Withdrawal. This may include Account Verification if it has not already been completed.
  • In case Account Verification has not been completed, follow the steps in My Account > Profile > Verification Process and follow the instructions.
  • All details related to your card, wire transfer, or bank transfer are filled correctly with accurate player details and not of a third party.
  • For deposits made by bank transfer, they will be credited to the player's account within 24 working hours from the date of transfer.

Please refresh the webpage or close and reopen the Stoiximan application to confirm that the deposit has been successfully reflected in your balance.
