🧾 Submitting a Complaint

If for some reason You are not satisfied with the resolution of Your complaint by Stoiximan, You have the right to forward this complaint to the National Betting Authority of Cyprus: Address: Digeni Akrita 83, 1070 Nicosia, Call Centre: +357 22881800, Email: complaints@nba.gov.cy. The National Betting Authority will examine your complaint, in accordance with what is defined in its Directive number 20/2017.

Your complaint may concern any matter related to:

  • the games conducted through Stoiximan, or

  • the relevant transactions carried out through the platform

  • Contact Customer Support first.
  • If needed, submit the complaint form within 48 hours.
  • Attach your identification document.
  • If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate the case to the HGC within 10 days.
