Can I make a transaction without verifying my account?

You can make deposits of up to €800 from the very first moment of registration.
However, in order to be able to request a withdrawal, your account needs to be fully verified.

If you do not verify your account within 30 days, you will no longer have access to our services.
After 60 days, the account is automatically closed.
Is there any fee for Stoiximan’s services?
Short answer:
❌ No, there is no fee charged by Stoiximan!
The only possible charge concerns the state tax on winnings.
Is there any fee on my transactions or tax on my winnings from Stoiximan?
We do not charge any fees on your transactions from our side. Note that, depending on your payment provider, they may apply their own fees.
Also, we do not withhold any additional tax on your winnings from our side.
Can I save or remove my payment cards?
Short answer:
✅ Yes, via Account → Transactions → Card Management.
In detail:
After every deposit, you’ll see a message giving you the option to save your card for future use.
From the same menu you can:
- view your saved cards,
- add new ones,
- remove any you no longer need.
How can I see my balance and my transaction history?
Short answer:
Your balance appears at the top right of the screen, next to the deposit button.
In detail:
From Account → History → Transactions you can see:
- all your deposits and withdrawals,
- the dates and payment methods,
- your available account balance (on the right-hand side of the menu).
You can also use date filters for a more targeted search.
Deposits and withdrawals via the same payment method
According to legislation, withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit.
📘 Examples:
- If the deposit was made via Apple Pay, the withdrawal can only be made via Apple Pay.
- If the deposit was made with a prepaid card (which does not support withdrawals), then the withdrawal is paid via a bank account.
