⚠️ Login from Non-Trusted Device Alert

Every time your account is logged in from a non-trusted device, an automatic notification email is sent that leads to this article.

Overview

As part of Stoximan’s ongoing commitment to account security, we’re introducing a new alert designed to keep you informed about unusual sign-in activity.

What It Is

When there’s a successful login to your Stoiximan account from a device that hasn’t been previously designated as trusted, you’ll receive a security alert.

This can happen in different situations, for example:

          ● You sign in from a new computer or mobile device that you haven’t marked as trusted yet.

          ● Your login details are compromised, and someone attempts to access your account from an unfamiliar device.

Purpose

The alert ensures you’re immediately informed of any account access from a non-trusted device.

This helps you recognize whether the login was made by you or could indicate potential unauthorized access.

If you didn’t initiate this, you can quickly review your account activity and take steps to secure your account. No action is required if the login was made by you.

Why It Matters

Unrecognized devices can be an early indicator of account compromise.

Immediate notifications help you quickly detect unusual activity and respond before any potential misuse occurs, reducing the risk of unauthorized access to your account.

How You’ll Be Notified

          ● You’ll receive an email alert from Stoximan confirming that your account was accessed from a non-trusted device.

          ● The email will include details about the sign-in activity.

          ● If you don’t recognize the login, the message will prompt you to review the activity and reset your password to secure your account.

Important

Always check that the alert comes from Stoximan ’s official sender address (noreply@stoiximan.com.cy) before taking any action. This helps ensure you’re responding to a legitimate security message and not a phishing attempt.
